What to send when a guide looks wrong, and how a fix is made.

  1. Spotted an error

    Copy the link of the page, quote the sentence and say what is wrong. Address: operations@shiftpedia.com. A link to a source speeds things up.

  2. How a fix is made

    Each claim is checked again against its sources. A wrong guide is changed in place, and its Last checked date moves forward.

  3. When the guide is right

    Rules vary by place and employer. A guide can be correct for the place it names and still differ from your rule. Tell us where you work and we will take another look.
